Happy Sabbath, I have been playing a game called MU Online and drinking milk coffee.
I decided to do a random bible verse reading as entertainment for you on this fine day,
Lets see what the flip picked out for us.
Deuteronomy 1:15
15So I took the chief of your tribes, wise men, and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens, and officers among your tribes.
16And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him.
This verse talks about our structure of leadership, law, family, and as it mentions “Righteousness”.
How about we find a connected verse to add more fun?
Psalms 118:20
“This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.”
So what is the gate of the LORD?
In old scripture we know the garden of eden had 4 gates, the city of God in heaven also is said to have 4 gates.
They are the welcoming doors to family and its home.
If we connect both verses it seems they speak that if we be a good as of righteous we are accepted in this home and family.
So what exactly is deemed righteous by our Creator?
Two things.
In Genesis we find the verse
Genesis 1:31
God saw all that he had made, and it was very good (Very Good means it was also righteous).
Also later in the bible we are given a supplement upon us being good.
We were given the 10 commandments and taught that for our in that recent situation needed to obey the 10 commandments to continue along the path of highest quality.
So what is the measurement of righteousness here?
Well our Creator doesnt oops on family.
We creations are a success as naturally good people as Genesis 1:31 claims.
So we have a amount of righteousness that we are and we carry it with us as a part of our living towards the future.
Though errors happen, good deeds fill in those gaps.
But the 10 commandments were not given as a vanity.
To be righteous to the high degree of loving in quality as much as is wanted by our oldest leaders, we should consider the 10 commandments purpose.
Our Creator based upon Deuteronomy 1:15 has allowed creation to manage creation, we see things like that even with a creation being parent of another creation.
Its teamwork and that way the Creator can spend time and focus on we expect more important things.
As our Creator allows creation to manage creation we hear in the bible over and over again how being righteous is the key to success during these difficult times.
So with this random bible reading the main thing I am collecting from it is to occasionally consider the 10 commandments and respect them as you can because they are meant to help us not be a punishment.
To enter pleasantly through the gates of the home of the Creator as the morale goes, be righteous.
