Okay so I made a few small changes to our appreciation art page, but one of them is very, very, important.
I added the new desktop background I posted a few minutes ago, it shows Yodh He Waw He’s name as written on the 10 commandments and has the alphabet translated to its English, it is a good art reminder of his name.
Previously I had added 2 arts to the page that credit Genesis and God (Yodh He Waw He) and discredit revelations.
I learned the 2 pictures being there was not helpful enough to our viewers so I added some dialogue notes that I believe are very accurate at describing the importance of knowing that Genesis is serious while the book revelations was based upon a dream and has some danger to the fully trusting of it.
Okay so you can see the dialogue description on the appreciation art page in the menu under the “WLTOP?” category but to make it easy upon you I will post a preview of what it looks like below.
Here below is the note, then the 2 pictures.
“These first two make note that while the dream the man had of Jesus which became the book called revelation in the bible claims that Jesus offers the tree of life to loyal followers it is due to note that in Genesis of the Bible and Tanakh our Heavenly Father forbids the tree of life. This earlier proclamation made in Genesis reminds us that while we love Jesus and sometimes dreams are important it is good to remember the Father has the authority in the religious book, this notice therefore discredits the book of revelations and gives the attitude that if the Heavenly Father himself is not allowing it, do not partake of it from someone of lesser authority, a lesson that should have been learned from Genesis’s story of the serpent giving permission to the tree of knowledge of good and evil which led to the Fathers anger, we should in good faith and love, try our best to avoid the same mistake.”
Now after reading that, was it accurate enough to be helpful to a novice who has read the whole bible for the first time? I hope yes.
In Genesis 3:22 God forbids the tree of life.
We know what happened when Adam and Eve disobeyed him about the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
It will be good for us if we avoid disobeying him.
