Taoism is a religion also known as “Daoism”. Taoism is a belief system and study of the source of everything. Taoist’s seek perfection through a path of practices, values, and teachings. Taoist’s try to achieve “Wu Wei” which translated is acting outside of needing intention, it is described as “Naturalness” and involves simplicity while trying to be spontaneous. There is a belief in what is called “The Three Treasures” which are Compassion, Frugality, and Humility. Taoism has some roots involving the “Ying Yang”.

There are an estimated 20 million Taoist’s world wide. (2021)
